I need a new stand bag. I haven't bought a bag in 13 years. My Ping Hoofer has seen better days. My budget is up to $100. I have compiled a list that I think would fit my needs. Which would you choose?

The straps look different on the Sun Mountain from the rest. Are they comfy?

I am not very concerned with the looks of the bag. As long as it isn't pink!

Do you have any problems with room for a full set of clubs in that bag?

You can't add more! I am already confused enough.

Thanks for the link, but that bag is too heavy.

The only one of those that I had was an Ogio Vaporlite. It was super light at 3.8 lbs and had reasonable club management for such a light bag. I loved the Woode top on it. The only reason I don't have it anymore is because I can't find anyone who likes to walk.

I have plenty of room in my bag for 14 clubs and plenty of pockets. Great bag for walking 18 with nice padded straps.

Ive gotten a new callaway recently stand bag and i already cant take it. The top lining along the edges have already worn out and began rubbing paint off my graphite shafts, again. I have this problem with every stand bag ive ever owend. I wish my clubs could just float behind me as i walk... There doesnt seem to be a perfect bag, just pros and cons.

I can try out the adams ultralight, nike xtreme light, sm 3.5, and the new titleist lightweight(should be similar to the x86). I am going to do that tonight and see how the feel. I'll load them up with a set of clubs off the rack.

I went and tried them out. I actually found a X86 to try! The X86 felt lighter than the Nike. I like the strap system better on the X86 than the 3.5(2008 edition). I also liked the hip pads better. The 3.5 was only slightly lighter than the Titleist. The Adams didn't feel as good as the Titleist either and didn't have a water bottle pouch.

I am buying the X86.

I like my Ogio bag(mine is the Ozone model though). Everything about the bag is great except for how the clubs are arranged in there. I am not a fan of the Woode club system or whatever they call it. I find myself getting annoyed many times a round when I'm trying to put a club back in the bag. The grip of the iron I'm trying to put in the bag will rub up against the grips of the other 2 or 3 clubs that are sitting in the bag and the club just doesn't wanna go in there, so I rattle it around continously until it finally goes in there. The bag is too compact towards the bottom where the grips go. They're all bunched together. Like I said the rest of the bag is great but I expect my clubs to go in the bag without much effort, no reason they shouldn't. That is the main purpose of a bag.
