i cant make a swing right now yesterday while at the range i somehow managed to pull all the muscles in my neck i can bareley move my head so here i am stuck not bein able to play,i cant even practice

If you can, go see a chyropractor (sp?). I hyperextended the largest muscle in my back playing volleyball, went to one, and felt better than ever after. It was certainly worth it. Just something to check into.

Something similar happened to my brother, he went to the chiropractor he said he had never felt so good in his life.

Get well soon. I've been having a lot of back problems from a previous injury that I had a few years ago.

I'm going to eventually have to go to a doctor again. I went for a while and had some MRI's and what not but didn't really come to a conclusion on what the problem is. All I know is that it hurts.
