I honestly don't think Phil will be able to contend at the US Open especially given the circumstances. I just think that there will be too much pressure for him to play well, but I may be wrong and he may use what has gone on in his life for the past 2 months as extra motivation, but I doubt it.


He has played well here before finishing seconds in the '02 US Open
