Haven't tried the Gamers yet but will try them soon. My ball for now is the Srixon soft feel. It will be very hard to beat, at least for me, at any price. Both balls were rated gold by Golf digest for the under $22 in 08.

I've been playing Bridgestone B330-RX balls which I like well enough, but I honestly don't think that they're worth the extra money.

For me, Top Flite Gamers perform very similarly at a more reasonable price.

I will try a couple of sleeves next time I purchase golf balls, and if I still don't see a difference, I'll go back to the Gamers permanently. At least for me, they seem like a very good ball for the money.

i was playing gamers, recently switched to Burner TPs. much more durable cover and better all around ball. 2 dozen are 45 bucks, but combine it with one of those 10-15% off coupons golfsmith always sends out and your'e looking at just about 20 bucks a dozen. TP blacks are a great 3 piece and at 2 dozen for around 50-55 bucks they are a good value, but the urethane cover (great as it feels) gets cut up easily.

in my bag:

Driver: '08 Cobra F Speed LD 10.5 w/UST Proforce V2 Tour Flight stiff

Fairway: Adams Speedline Fast10 3-wood w/Aldila Wasabi stiff
Hybrid: Nickent 3dx 3H
Irons: Nike CCI forged 4-pw Wedges: Nike Victory Red 52 56 60 Putter: Rife Mr. Beasley Balls: Bridgestone B330-RX Tees: epoch

I am still trying to find a dozen of these. The Bridgestone Treosoft is the best '$20 for 12' ball I have played so far.

I have to either order them online or drive 1 hour to Golf Galaxy to get them but I like them a lot. The Noodle+ (by Taylormade) is also impressive for the $18 for a 15 pack but I like the gamer a little more.

Drivers: Taylor Made Burner 9.5 draw stiff shaft.
Woods: Nike SQ 13* strong 3 wood Steel X-Stiff
Nike SQ 5 wood steel stiff.
Irons: Adams Insight Xtd's.
Putter: Odyssey SRT 2 ball, and White hot #1 Balls: Callaway tour IX, Noodle+,or Callaway Hot Plus or any premium ball.Driver...
