golf digest or golf world?

Hi trappers,

With the free subscription voucher that comes with each purchase of the Tiger Woods 10 game, you can choose between a 1 year sub. to Golf Digest, or a 6 month to Golf World.

Not knowing a ton about either, what do you guys recommend?

I have a sub. to Golf Digest, but I do buy every issue of golf world. I think both are a little stale.

Golf World is weekly and focuses on news/tournament results, etc. No instruction.

Golf Digest is monthly and has articles about golf, tours, travel, and instruction plus equipment tests and reviews.

Pick up a copy of them and pretty much what you see is representative of what you will get. They are different and intended to be.

I'm gonna use my free one on GW because I get GD.

I chose Golf Digest because id rather have a whole year rather than six months and because I can use the instruction and tips.

I get GD, I have bought GW but found it rather shallow and pedantic (family guy) no its just boring.

I have a sub to Golf Digest that I am pretty happy with. I have never read a Golf World

hmm, once I pick up TW10 I'll probably choose gold digest.
