I am a high handicap player that has trouble staying consistent. One shot will be great the next I'll have trouble getting the ball in the air.

I know it's got to do with my swing, but clubs do help. I am taking lessons in July and want to have a set of GI irons the learn with.

I have the chance to pick up a 3-PW set of Nike NDS irons for $100. Anyone have experience with them?

Any help would be great... thank you in advance!

*btw I currently play with a set of acuity GS-1 from Dicks.

Thank you!

I have the Nike NDS Irons.. Love them to death, I stroke em great. They have a great feel and for 100 bucks you cannot go wrong with them IMO - I have recently changed drivers and was about to pick up the matching rescue wood, but when I thought about it I couldnt pull any of my irons out of the bag - Great Clubs

Had them before my current set (now the wife has them) and liked them. I doubt they are the most forgiving of GI irons, but that's why I liked them...they made you at least put a decent swing on the ball. Sounds like a good deal and hopefully you like them.

In my Datrek Rage bag:
Driver: Sumo 5000 w/ Aldila VS Proto Stiff
4-Wood: SasQuatch 2 w/ Diamana Stiff
Irons: AP2 4-PW w/ PX 6.0
Wedges: Zodia US Spec 52*, Yururi Gekku 57*, 588 DSG RTG+Putter: Scotty Cameron Studio Style 3.5 or Odyssey White Hot Tour #1Ball: ProV1 or whatever I find!

I used them many moons ago before i started using titliest irons. Very versitle. I hit them well and i liked them. For a 100 bucks, you cant go wrong. Anyone from a 20 handi to a low single digit handicap can game those clubs, IMO.
