You definitely have an awesome bag. And especially since it was less than $2000. That's awesome. Your clubs are really, really nice.

I love the big bag..

I have a push cart for when i walk, but i am probably gonna buy a ping stand bag to have..

my g10 irons which cost 404.00 also ca, with the pw and uw.. i just prefer vokeys for wedge play..

i think i got a great deal on them..i could easily sell my u wedge for 60 and bring my cost down to 340 for irons that were demoed at roger dunn.. the only ines that were hit were the 6.7.8 iron, they still had the ghost tape on them..

i basically stole them imo..

I think you've got some great clubs and at fair or better prices. However, I guess I don't understand the thought process of putting that much money into clubs. Are last years clubs really that much worse considering you can buy them for about half the price of this year's clubs. Look at the bag in my signature. I've got a grand total of $277.50 in the whole thing including the bag. Ok, I just spent $10 for an extra head cover I was missing, but I'm still well under $300. Are your clubs really over 6.5 times better than mine? They are better. No doubt about that, but where is the point of diminishing returns? Personally, I think it is well south of $2000. All that being said, you've got a very impressive bag of clubs there and I'm sure you'll be happy with them.

i agree with a lot of your points..

although i would say that i got my clubs mostly at last years prices..

my putter was a lifetime investment.. unless i decide to collect camerons, i will never purchase anopther putter..

vokey wedges are in a league by themselves in my opinion..

the g10 irons are exceptional, and bascially having 340 in them for a top of the line iron set was a no brainer...

another point is this.. i didnt just drop 2k out of the blue..

i bought clubs, sold clubs ect...upgrading systematically..

You answered your own question with that statement. Enjoy!

If you are happy, then you are happy.

Our opinions should not matter what you think of your own bag.

For example, I love my bag, I know everything in there is pretty much junk but I am just a beginner so buying a 2k$ bag isn't a great idea. I am content with what I have and feel fully confident about all my clubs when I take my swing.

It depends on the value to you if you overpaid or not.

I am almost done reworking my bag after 13 years with the same equipment.

New bag titleist x86...$75
Callaway Ft-5 used but perfect...$100
Callaway X 5 wood used but perfect..$50
Macgregor Pro CM irons 3-pw brand new $300
Cleveland classic 1 putter used but perfect $50
Looking for 2 new wedges....probably about $120

Total 695.00
-200(profit from flipping a set of TM rac mb's)
=$495

And I'll still have my old clubs as a back up...priceless!!!

Long ago I came to the conclusion that you can never justify the amount of money spent on a sport or hobby. I keep my eye out for and take advantage of good deals but I'll never sit down and add up how much I've spent on this sport or any other sport (shooting) I'm indulged in; it could be a king's ransom.

If the course is shorter, i leave the 3 wood in the car.. if its longer i either drop the 17* or 23*

I think you guys are misunderstanding the rules of golf!

You can't have more than 14 clubs in your bag during a round . They don't say you can't own more than 14 clubs!
