3 bad replies to my post.  The proper reply would have been, "How do you make the lower body movements subconscious?".

Well, if anyone wants to know that, you will have to read my earlier posts in this forum.  I am tired of wasting my time.  I now just read a thread once in a while for amusement.

First, you were degrading to Erik in your post. You didn't counter anything of his with actuall thought, just a blatant comment that he was wrong. Then you go and just say it should be subconscious, when for many its not. I couldn't tell you the number of times i see poor shifting and hip movement. If it was subconscious, meaning built in, able to just let it go, why doesn't it work for them. Maybe if you were a bit more polite in your response you wouldn't have gotten three bad posts.

Now, on my personal experience, i overswang, and always had very active hips. I would just overrotate back, even the hips, get way on my right side, and the only way i could hit the ball good was to hit a pull or pull draw, so i would just rip through getting my weight as forward as possible. This was a THOUGHT that i had to use. Now after changing my swing, it actually helped me, because that exageration became subconscious.

I think you'll find my post was an explanation of a method on exactly how to do that based on my personal experience. Of course it may not be the same method you use, nor the same method someone else may use but it's nevertheless a valid method that others can learn from and which is offered freely without telling others they need to ask me how.

I'm really not sure how it can be classed as a 'bad reply'

If I didn't already have a method myself for removing the conscious though in the hip movement (and if I was even remotely interested in yours) I would have asked.
