well heres my story,i went from a nike sumo 9.5 stiff which i would baloon alot and push right to a new nike dymo 8.5 x-stiff my good drives are great but everyother drive is horrendous im hitting push-fades so im coming from the inside with a open face i cant figure out why could the shaft play a roll in me having troubles closing the face??

Well, having an 8.5 X-Stiff setup is going to be hard to control in general...

Perhaps sliding your hips a little? That always causes me to hit push fades.

very few casual players need an x-stiff
