Impact Position

In my never ending quest for more consistency I've been studying touring players and seeing where their bodies and hands are at impact. One thing I've noticed is that their lead hand is facing the target and almost pointing down.

My lead hand ... well... doesn't it's kind of pointing 20 degrees to the right. I'm trying to get a picture from my video clip but I haven't figured that out yet

Here's my swing facing me . You can see in the video the back of my lead hand isn't pointing at the target.

What can I do to work on this?
