18 hole virgin!!!

ive basically lived at the driving range and putting green the past 2 months and im going to play my first round this weekend wish me luck. hopefully i will play under 100 lolz, my partner plays low 70s and high 60s hopefully it isnt going to be a complete landslide

Don't even worry about it if you score above 100. First time playing 18 holes is always an experience.

Haha, dont get too nervous. I remember going out my first time i was so nervous to hit a perfect shot i lost like 20 balls. Just relax and have fun!

I just played my first round over the weekend. I just picked up a driver for the first time a month ago and had only been to the range twice. I shot 138 over 18 ;) I thought that was pretty good considering I had never swung a club other than a driver prior to that! If you've been practicing I'm sure you'll do fine.

Despite hitting nearly every shot from some hellish lies I had a blast. Just have fun and enjoy the experience. I did!

Dont over think at the tee. Walk up clear your mind and take a smooth swing. Dont try to kill the ball like your at a range that always ends up bad. Step up take a nice breath and swiing like your swinging a pitching wedge. You'll have an awesome time no matter what you shoot, the first time is always a great experience. I remember the first time i went out and the butterflys when i walked up to the first tee with a line of guys and golf carts watching. I hit a major slice right but after i got the nerves out and took nice smooth swings i started to play alot better. i believe i shot around a 118 my first time out as was very satisfied with it. I think the hardest part of going to a real nice course your first time is the putting greens. I had a hell of a time trying to get the speed down. It was alomost like going from putting on my front lawn to putting down blacktop. Have fun man and enjoy. Good luck!
