Joined the Mizuno MP Club! ;)

Hi,

I got a set of MP52s last week to see for myself, what all the buzz is about. I only tried the 7i so far, but I have to say they are pretty impressive sticks. They are pretty flat, compared to my AP1s. I might have to lengthen them by 1".

Enjoy and have fun with them! I wanted to take the plunge this season and get into the 52's or 62's, but i couldn't retire my Grads! They've been so good to me!

The GRADS are a great set. I have 2-PW with Rifle 5.5 and I often still use the 2-iron in place of my 5 wood. I also have a set of the MP-14s which I just retired last month because I needed something a bit more forgiving to bring my scores down.

welcome to the club.. bought my 52's last year and I will be a mizuno player for the rest of my years. congrats on the purchase

well my Mizzy's came in yesterday, heres my review:

-obviously, super nice looking set
-has a little more offset than my Nike PF Combo's did, but I guess I will have to get used to it
-long irons are awesome (4-6), really nice "buttery" feeling when hit well
-even misses are ok, hardly penalized as far as distance loss
-Stock Grips - SUCK BAG ~ I ordered GP MC New Decades the day I bought thses, but they are not in yet
-i almost lost a club twice today as it slipped out of my hand, and resulted in a very poor mishit - i 100% blame the grip and it's lack or tackiness
-maybe i am just so used to the GP's though, but anyways, that issue will be fixed soon enough
-distance, seem to be the same, no loss or gain noticed
-the S300's are just what I needed, I can actualy "go at" the ball now and not have to worry about a hook, b/c the shafts are too weak

all in all, GREAT club for a hcp like mine, and I also think they are good for a mid hcp too
not sure if a higher hcp would like them, but hey, who am i to say....

Congrats and welcome to the club. I have been playiong MP 60'S for the last 2 years. I was using Hogan bldes before that and Played abit with some MP 33'S all great clubs . then was cleaning out my storage binm and found a set of Cimmarons ( blades) I had forgot I had evn bought 4 years ago at the Golf Expo, reshafted them with apollo stepless shafts and they are MONEY. So now Mp 60'S and MP 33'S are for sale. Any one interested PM me.
