Yes, lessons never hurt anybody. It is also the fastest way to get you a stock swing that you can repeat to get you by on your trip. Be honest with your instructor, tell him that you are going on a trip soon and need to be able to hang! Hopefully he spends some time with you on around the green shots... Those can be some of the most frustrating early on. Trying to get out of a bunker, or chip to an elevated green, or putt downhill, etc.

the same things with me same clubs same distance but the club is not the problem its the swing my swing has a slow pullback then a long follow through thats what makes the 7 wood go farther then the driver for me anyway everyone that i have played with i can outdrive with my 7 wood and it was custom made for someone shorter then me
