Does anyone have info on the new Aldila RIP Shaft?

I want it for my three wood and was wondering if anyone knew what kind of ball flight it produced. If anyone has any kind of inside info on it please tell me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have info on the new Aldila

Best info I could find is a

teaser press release about how some guy had his first Nationwide Tour win using the RIP in his driver. Release doesn't even mention the guy's name: http://www.aldila.com/pdf/pr_2009-09-14.pdf Aldila promises a 2010 launch for the RIP . I would contact Aldila directly if you want technical specs and performance profile.

Thanks for the info. I just bought an r9 Tour Issued 3 wood on ebay and it had this shaft in it so I was wondering if anyone knew about it. Thanks for the article link.

      We had a member of our senior club who developed a mental block on pulling the trigger. I played with him to see what the membership was talking about. I timed him a few times when he would get over the ball. 45 seconds. He knew he had a mental block and would chide himself, “Just hit it!” Once on the green he was okay and chipping was a bit better. It was painful to watch him struggle. Our “bandaid” was to put him in the last tournament  tee time with two understanding players. We should have suggested to him to take a break from our tournaments. I agree with the idea that when a player realizes they have a problem, the answer is to go fix it and not return until they are able to play at an acceptable pace.
