I've decided on a two pronged assault.

1. I've flattened my swing about 1.5°. This has helped innumerably. I did it by keeping more flex in my back knee, and turning the club over a bit as I go back. This enables me to turn more around than up, then I throw it underhanded back down, really focusing on getting it moving around my body more than down at the ball.

2. I bought a set of Forged Nike Pro Combo irons, and will have them bent upright 2°. I'm not a Nike fan, but they have impressed me lately (hey, they're good enough for Tiger, right?), and for $140, they cannot be beaten. They have blades from the PW to the 8 iron, which is absolutely perfect. Then from 7 to 5, they are pocket cavities, giving me some forgiveness where I need it. Finally, the 3 and 4 irons are full cavities, which will allow me to hit them high without having to play a cut. Nike also makes 2 irons, which I really am thankful for. I'm planning on getting a Nike Pro Forged Cavity 2 iron to complete the set. I love a 2 iron, you can rip it long and pierce the wind.
