I see that you are starting your downswing by pulling with your arms instead of uncoiling with your hips. Try a drill where you swing slowly without any effort not caring how far you hit the ball but simply to make solid contact. Watching the tempo of Ernie Els and his swing might help also.

How is your grip pressure? is it a light grip? or a killer grip that develops blisters? sometimes its helps to take the backswing slowly to the top and slowly uncoiling your backswing to the ball for solid contact.

I tried this drill myself with just a wedge to practice my backswing positions and my goal was to swing as slow as possible and return the the ball to make solid contact.
One position on my backswing that I focused on was:

1) keep the shaft at hip high down the line of the target and the toe pointing up and the face perpendicular to the target.
2) keep the arms relatively close to the body for a compact swing
3) makes sure that your arms position at address is extended to the ground but relaxed.
4) your hands should be at a natural position when your arms are extended.
5) If you try these position with a slow backswing you will develop a backswing that allows you to make solid contact back at the ball.
6) I practice this drill and it helps me take the proper backswing to return to the ball making solid contact everytime.
7) I use this backswing for all my clubs including my driver and my 15 degree 3 wood that I hit off the fairway.

Cheers for the feedback and sorry in the delay in replying. Have been away for a few days but will look to try out what has been mentioned.

You put a pretty good move on the ball. I would say work on your short game, physical conditioning, and the mental side of the game (pace of play, rhythem, course management, etc...). That swing is much better than a 20 handicap.

I agree a lot with this reply. I would guess you need to work on your short game.
