There have been many good suggestions here, but I submit that it will be an enormous amount of work, patience, and money to properly get your girlfriend equipped, trained, and motivated. Instead, I suggest simply finding a new girlfriend who already likes golf. Much easier, and you stand a much better chance of success (on the golf part at least). But if you insist on keeping your current model and going through this ordeal, you have my best wishes.
