Level Shoulders at Address

I look at pros while addresssing the ball and they have level shoulders and the V in their arms look to be directly in the center of their body. When I set up my front shoulder is higher than the back one. I the only way to help with this at all is to tilt my top half in front of my lower body which leaves my head in front of the ball.

Any thoughts?

You can't get your shoulders to about 5-10° within level without leaning towards the target?

Instead of moving your shoulders or head forward, what if you move your hips backwards? Maybe they're set up too far forward to begin with. That, and we could really use a picture...
