Side note, my screen has gotten pretty scratched up from lose items in my pocket. I asked Callaway how much it would cost to replace the glass and they said the currently don't offer that but would replace the unit for $200.

Frankly, that's crap! My wifes HTC (cell phone) display broke when she dropped it. I was able to purchase a new replacement LCD for $35. Naturally, HTC doesn't build these LCD displays, they just purchase excess spares and pass on the price (plus overhead) to the end-user. I don't know why Callaway couldn't do the same. At a minimum, charge the replacement cost on the screen plus a little labor and allow end-user to send it back for repair.

Got a response from prod support regarding updated user guide, here is a link:

Thanks for posting this link! I sent Callaway an email last week inquiring how to delete a round - no response. I also don't see any reference of deleting rounds in the users guide. Also, does anyone know why they wouldn't program the scoring features to account for FIR, GIR, Putt averages amongst all rounds? They do for the clubs statistics, but not for the other stats. Seems strange to me that they wouldn't think someone wanted to know how they are hitting the driver, approach shots on all rounds - not just one day.

Did you ever figure out how to delete the statistics? I created a couple of 1 yard drives just playing with the unit and I don't really want them on my average.

FYI, I asked uPro "Support" about deleting a round and their response was "Scoring rounds cannot be manually deleted at this time. The device keeps a rolling total of the 50 most recent rounds; as new rounds are added, the older ones will then be dropped off."

The software (after update) still has quirks. The initial setup of a new unit required three request for help from customer support. The unit still will not connect to the computer without using Windows Explorer, manually opening the "Sync" folder, and clicking on uPro.exe. Then there are not-so-small things like not being able to delete a "round" where you were just learning how to use the unit.

PS: Interesting forum! Glad to have found it.

    • Day 24: did a stack session. Worked a bit on downswing feels during breaks.
    • Day 444 - 2025-12-18 Light day of hotel room work. GEARS Summit v2.0 today. Good day.
    • Day 38 (18 Dec 25) - got out in the backyard with grandson this afternoon.  We got into a little game of pitching the ball from about 25yds to a target point just off the asphalt lane behind the backyard.  Goal - just clear it with a quick hop and stop.  Focused on using the wedge swing motion I was talking with the course pro yesterday….smooth and thru just bruising the grass.  In addition to a concentrated focus on technique, it also called for a quiet mind locked in on target point.  Rehearsed this with both the 50° and 55° wedges.
    • I listened to the Shaun Webb one about the swing coach app. Sounds like a great thing and will (hopefully) be very useful for me. I do think the hosts are underestimating where AI could be in a few years. Right now it's just regurgitating stuff that it has been told or it has scrubbed from somewhere else and a human guiding things will be quite a lot more helpful than just the AI, but it's going to keep developing and it will reach the stage where it's figuring this stuff out on its own. Time will come when it will have you do a TPI style screen and take various height/arm length/leg length etc. measurements, have you tell it some history and your time constraints and goals and what not and it will watch a video of your swing face on and DTL and it will know exactly what you need to work on.
    • I found it entertaining, but the announcing was lousy.  How did the measuring on the final shot start with Rory being closer and being told he won, and then with no explanation it turns out Scottie won?  Weird.
