Just saw this and thought I'd share. Interesting video on how Ping casts and puts together a set of clubs. Seems like it's a couple years old, but all the assembly work is probably still the same. I like the part around the 8:20 mark where they talk about "shocking" the metal so that when they bend a club it doesn't shift back.
