I am having trouble with a full follow trough after contact. I find it hard to fully rotate and end up with my right toe on the ground. It may be I need to work on being more flexible. The problem point seems to be the lower back being tight but I am not sure. Any drills or exercises that may help?

We'd need to see video to really say anything more than guessing...

You could be on your right toe, but you might still be putting weight on it. And a full follow-through is not necessary. Look at the Stack and Tilt follow-through - it ends fairly early.

Get into your follow-through backwards. You know what a good position looks like, so pose in one for ten seconds or so to let the feeling of where your body is supposed to be sink in. Then swing with the goal in mind of arriving at that same position. Regardless of the condition of your back, the position you can pose in for ten seconds is the position you can swing to.

if your back is stiff be careful that you do not hurt yourself. I found simply walking everyday for 30 minutes help keep you loose and flexible for golf with some light stretching. on your finish are your hips pointing square to the target? I found that the backswing is more important because it helps your set up your swing for success. One thing that I found that helps me swing is a slow tempo that allows me to get to my full backswing so that I am coiled for the release and this allow me to finish fully also. Show us your swing on video and this will help us make some suggestion to improve your golf swing.
