The video you posted is about the proper release for a stack and tilt swing.

No, the video I posted is about what can be a "proper release" for any swing. The title of the video is "Proper release to hit the draw." Just because two stack and tilt guys are talking in the video and another (me) filmed it doesn't mean it only works for Stack and Tilt. The geometry and common sense applies to swings of all types.
