In the middle of May 16 of us are going on a golf outing to St. Augustine, Fl. We'll be playing 4 rounds in 3 days at St Johns CC, Cimaron CC & Slammer & Squire. I'm familiar with St Johns but I've never played the other two. Any feedback? Especially on Slammer & Squire, I'm really lokking forward to that one.

Played the Slammer & Squire years ago, not long after it opened. Unless it's changed, you'll likely enjoy it. Can't claim to remember a lot of detail, but overall impression was a pretty friendly track, not too taxing off the tees, with some wetlands features typical of the area.

Have played Cimarron, too. Solid track, again, typical of Northeast Fla.

Enjoy,
Sean

I leave tomorrow morning for World Golf Village for our three day golf outing. Was interested to see that the museum has an 18 hole all grass putting course. Sounds like a gambling oppotunity to me!

Yeah, I imagine a few greenbacks change hands there.

Enjoy,

Competitive golf is played mainly on a five-and-a-half-inch course... the space between your ears.

I just hope they change to my hand. :)
