Redlands Golf Course is about 20 minutes north of Keys Gate. It isn't as nice but rounds are usually in the 30-40 dollar range. These are the only courses close to the US-1 Keys Route.

I'm glad someone mentioned Redlands. It has made a very nice comeback after Hurricane Andrew, which wiped out hundreds of trees and made it like an open field.

Redlands was the only course in that area for decades, well hidden on Krome Avenue. It's not a fancy layout so it won't be preferred on sites like this but I've always enjoyed it, including the long drive to get there, typically early morning. The Homestead area junior hot shot golfers always had a huge edge at Redlands, playing much better there than elsewhere.
