this drill helps alot. Not only did it help out my balence and tempo. It also is a great way to get back your tempo / warm up, etc. It helps when you have to wait at the tee box to keep loose and keep a well established tempo.

In my bag:

some golf clubs

a few golf balls

a bag of tee's some already broken the rest soon to be

a snickers wrapper (if you have seen me play, you would know you are not going anywhere for a while)

and an empty bottle of water


LOL I just posted about that in another thread. I do it before every shot so that I can get the feeling of the shoulder turn and coming down on the ball. It's really done wonders for my ball striking.

This guy is my favorite source on the Internet. Even though I don't like the leg thing he does before he swings.....
