Here is a video I uploaded of my swing. Would like some critiquing. I can try and upload one without the lines drawn on it. Just trying to mess around with this app. It's really cool. Also, any other advice on how to draw the lines to make sure I am on plane. This was with my 5 iron. Thanks!

Hard to see much at full speed and with the low light. The app is neat, isn't it, but it'd be great if there was a way to export slowed-down footage.

From what I can make out, you have a nice position at the top of the backswing but may be trying to scoop the ball up in the air based on the followthrough. Just can't tell with any certainty what's happening around impact.

Stretch.

Zack, 2 things I'd like to point out, but work on each seperately. It's MUCH easier to correct one thing at a time.

First is your upper body throug the swing. You're leaning back and twisted, like the thought in your head is "lift the ball". It's called a reverse pivot. The correction you should think to make is this: your swing should end with you standing on your left foot, completely facing the target, with your right foot behind you for balance. Thank about how the pros stand there for a few seconds when they make a good swing. They're not just admiring the result, holding that position helps your body remember it. Take practice swings without a ball with that thought, it wil prevent your leaning backwards.

Second, your takeaway is "inside" (not too bad, though). It's looks like you're swatting at something behind your feet (not a dig, just trying to give you the visual). To correct this, remember the first 6-10 inches te club moves back should be along the target line (the "back" here is behind the ball, not you). This should help keep your entire swing on plane.

Remember, work on these changes seperately, body first, that's an important base, then take another look at the swing plane after that. You've already taken a great first step, and seen your swing from the outside "objective" perspective. Good luck!
