So I recently got about $200 credit on Amazon.com and of course am going to spend it on something golf related.

I've decided on getting a new carry bag, since my old one (Hunter Prism) is beginning to fade, tear, and wear.

I've settled on a few, and would like some opinions on my final decision. I primarily carry and want a stand bag.

Ogio Ozone

Orlimar, not crazy about the color, but only 14 way I could find on Amazon

Callaway Warbird

Nike

Opinions?

My old bag, but I had orange trim

I'm a big fan of Ogio bags so I would probably lean that way. It also appears to be the lightest one. The Callaway is pretty nice but is a bit heavier.

I like the ogios too
I have a ping, its nice, has everything you need.
But i like the ogios, they're solid

+1. Ogio makes nice bags-plenty of pockets for stuff.

The more I carry the more I realize that I don't need 8 pockets and everything I could possibly maybe need in my bag. A nice, light bag is what I'm really after-so I just picked up an Ogio Sticks (discontinued model) for $45 brand new. Something like 3.4 pounds with well-designed straps, literally lighter than my backpack with my laptop, a couple books, and assorted sundries. You may not find that model on Amazon, but I'd lean towards the lightest bag you can find.

I got the ogio ozone and it is definately the best bag I have ever owned. I also got it from amazon because of a gift certificate.

Thanks guys, too many recs for the OGIO not to go that way. Appreciate the help...

Here's a Nike with 14-way divider and 4 different color choices. I was about to return my Callaway last year to get this one.

Oh man, that is almost exactly what I'm looking for. Wow Tough decision, defintely between this and the OGIO now. Great find Tex!!

i like it
what's the weight on it
could be a bit heavier?

FWIW, I also had the Ogio Ozone last year for a short period of time before I got my Callaway. While it seemed like a very well made item, I did not care for it and returned/exchanged it. Got the Callaway, but still wish I'd gotten the Nike.

Sun Mountain looks like a good bag, but the Nike has a cooler pocket. A COOLER POCKET MAN!!!

lol, well in the amazon description for the sun mountain bag it says it has a water bottle pouch. Im pretty sure thats the same thing as a cooler pocket.

There is a video review of the Sun Mountain Bag

Here

For some reason I can't embedd the video.

Plenty of pockets for "stuff" is not what one should want in a carry bag. I carry my 13 clubs, 6 golf balls, a handfull of tees, and a water bottle in my X86.

I really like my Titleist light weight carry bag.

    • Long time user of the Flatso Ultra since it came out in 2013. Went to use it for the first round of the year and was dirty, so gave it a good cleaning and think I am going to need to replace it. I don't have anywhere around me that has the new varieties of the Flatso lines, but what would be the current closest in their line to the Original Flatso Ultra?

    • Yeah, that's… not gonna happen. Not any time soon. 😉 I talk quickly. And… a lot of podcast listeners listen on 1.5x or something. So, maybe they slow down the podcasts I'm on a little bit. 😄
    • I don't really agree with that. Nor that. The commonality among the game's best putters (not 100%, as I'm in that group 😄) is that they generally use lighter putters. The science is that they have more fine-grained control over the speed.
