Is Couples too good for the Champions Tour?

I would want to play the most demanding challenge to prove that age isnt an obstacle, but i wouldnt play all of the tournaments. Maybe his back is the reason he has changed gears.

Was Tiger too good for the PGA tour? I remember when he was so good, it was almost a easy win..... If you can win lots of money and be a winner, more times than not, why wouldnt you?

You guys have to remember that Freddie's back is a problem for him, so the shorter courses and shorter weekends are a lot easier on his body than the PGA Tour.

Yeah, Freddy is too good for the Champions Tour. So what? He is 50 years old, so he is eligible to play on the CT. Maybe the other guys just need to step up their game.

Fred is no better than Bernhard Langer was in 2008 and 2009. Or Hale Erwin prior to that.
BTW... Bernhard Langer is the most unrecognized and underated player of the past 20 years.
