This may be because you are not wearing shoes, but your swing looks pretty good but just needs a few adjustments.

1) Your swing is all arms. Start your backswing by turning your shoulders, not by pulling your arms all the way back. One thing to look for, if your right arm touches against your chest in your backswing, that means you are using too much arms and not enough shoulder turn.

2) You are very flat footed. this might be cuz you arent wearing shoes, i cant tell w/o seeing you swing with shoes on. Being this flat footed, you dont have any lower body in your swing. When you turn your shoulders your hips should naturally turn back a little bit. then your weight goes into your front foot in your downswing. once you hit the ball your back foot should be off the ground a bit and then in your follow thru you should be up on your front leg and your chest should be facing your target.

once you get these things down you should be hitting the ball much better.

Thank you for the number one tip. I will be sure to keep that in mind tomorrow morning.

Usually I bring my feet all the way through, as you normally would. It is mainly because I am not wearing shoes. I usually do bring up the front foot, and my chest turns more but not totally facing the ball.

dude... you are getting zero weight behind your shots. when i hit a full swing, my back is facing my divot. you're all arms dude, just flailing at the ball. swing slower and build up a rhythm to your swing so your lower body is in sequence with your upper body. on your downswing, you've got to use that momentum you built up on the backswing and plant your right foot in the ground. a good drill for you would be to take your driver, make a backswing bringing your right heel slightly off the ground, and driving it down in your downswing and feel like the club is going through the ball at your target.

btw, telling people you want to help you to ''pay attention'' could be considered impolite. just fyi.

All arms, no body. Simple enough. Your core and legs should move the club, not your arms. Arms are weak, legs are strong. Simple enough.

practice swing with your feet together. what you need to work on is timing your belly button with your shoulders and the finish of your hips should be pointing to the target with your rear foot toe pointing to the ground so that your weight has transfered over to your front foot. Other wise you have a stronger and powerful swing but you are losing distance because its mostly arms and not your big muscles of your hips.

Another drill you can do is pertend that you are swinging a baseball bat and work on the weight transfer also similar to throwing a rock to skip on the water surface. keep working on it you will get it in very quickly with some guidance.
