My and my friend (he's 17), were able to play at Wildhawk golf club, with a cart, for 4$ for both of us. If you're not familiar with it, NCGA (Northern California Golf Association) has a program for juniors that let you play for 2-5$.
I don't know how, but we were able to get a cart under the table. Yay for cool managers!!!

Why would you want a cart? I'm assumimg you're of a similar age to your 17 year old friend.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.
