New Irons: Help Deciding

I currently play R7 Draw's and tested out a couple forged irons earlier w/o the huge cavity(but way out of my price range). I'd like to go to a set that's still pretty forgiving but doesn't have the chunky and thick top line like the R7 Draws have, and preferrably without as much offset.

Any recommendations?

Titleist 804 os. I have a set that im getting ready to sell true temp reg shaft. really good clubs. they are my old set, i moved onto blades now, but i think the nade the gd hotlist in i think 06. message me if interested

I'd look at the more forgiving Mizzys.

But look around and hit all of them. Get fit. It'll only help you.

How about the Ping i15s...? I hit them and liked them pretty well, I just didn't want to drop $800. But if you got the cash(or these days the credit), go for it!

That's what I'm thinking of going for. I have a $250 budget and can get them on Ebay in pretty good condition. I've checked out the MX-25's and those are the other ones I'm thinking of right now. Just recently I've started striking the ball much cleaner and more consistently.

you could probably sell the mp-60's for more than that if you don't like them.

Tour Burners feel pretty good. My friends dad has those and loves them and I hit them at the range when trying some clubs out and went with the ones I have currently and love them!

I wouldn't recommend i15s unless you like the feeling of hitting a golf ball with a garden tool.


I'd look at a Tour Burner, an R9 TP, one of the forgiving Mizuno models, the Adams Idea A7 or the new Adams CB2s, etc. Look at some things, hit some clubs, check out the Maltby ratings etc.
