I have a few things:

1) They are beautiful
B) I played with just the wedge today (in my backyard because a storm came in) and it was awesome
3) I can't wait to get on the range and test these babies out and play a 9 hole on Tuesday!

Haha, I hear you there. I tell my fiance all about my golf equipment anyway, it is sort of my way of getting back at her for all of her talk of shoes, shirts, etc lol. I'll be interested to see what you think after a round or two. Good luck.

Yeah I'm pretty sure most of us are in that boat although my girl tells me that she's happy I have something to keep me busy.

Congrats on the irons! I got a new bag from TGW, the TM Stratus in Navy/Red/White and I am very excited to take it out!! I recently got back into golf about a month ago after about a 5 year layoff and it felt great to get all my stuff at once! Ah was she "excited" haha

I know what you mean. My new irons just came in yesterday. I played with them in 101 degree heat with half my mouth numb fresh from the dentist. My wife checked them out and pretended to be interested for my sake...I love that woman.

Haha yeah I dragged my g/f into golf galaxy and as we're walking out I hear this guy going "This is a Odyssey 2 Ball Putter" and his g/f was like I DO NOT CAREEEEEE. I just chuckled and thanked my g/f for not making a scene..

That's pretty funny. I dragged my GF to the range one day and actually convinced her to take a few swings. On her third try she belted a 7 iron 80 yards!! Since then she's gotten her some real cheap ladies irons and I've found a Jr Driver for her. She can drive 160 yards and has a 100 yard carry with her 8 iron now. I can't get her to actually play a round yet, but we have a blast at the range together..

Congrats on the new X-24s. I'd love to have a set. Did you get them new or used? Where from?

I took my wife (then girlfriend) to the range and we almost broke up it went so bad. I had bought the irons cheap on ebay the week before and they were back on ebay "lightly used" that afternoon.

Jealous. I held them in the store today and told myself over and over I don't need to spend the extra money over the X-20s I am getting soon.. But they are a good looking iron.

I bought them new from the golf warehouse. I'm a "standard" swing when I got fitted for my last set of clubs, so I just bought these online.

man i wish i waited for these to come out. i purchased X22 tours at the beginning of the year and like them but the X24's look killer (yes looks matter to me... haha)

At first i thought the orange was horrible but it has really grown on me. i think they look great. Congrats on the purchase OP. My wife doesn't care about this stuff either though she tries for my sake.

Oh come on!! I think you should go back to the store and rethink that decision. "I don't need to spend the extra money" is a poor excuse not to buy new sticks!!!
