Hello All!

I'm looking to trade in my Cobra S9 2008 (Graphite Shaft, Reg Flex). I got them at a ridiculously good price because my Aunt works at a ProShop in Florida. I paid way under retail. Anyway, I noticed that Global Golf will give me $165 in credit + an additional $50 (they're running a promo). Has anyone here done a trade in before with GlobalGolf.com?

My reason for trade is I originally went to a Golf Smith locally to get my swing speed checked. I was recommended regular shafts. I used to barely carry my 5 Iron 150yards but that has all changed this year. My swing is very confident and I strike my Irons very nicely (My big problem is my short game; putts, chips). Anyway, I figured I would trade in for Steel Shafts with Stiff flex. Maybe some TaylorMade Burners or Cobra S2s.

Let me know if you've dealt with GlobalGolf.com before and also how your experience was.

I have, and they're first rate. I've never traded any equipment in to them but based on my past experiences with them I have every reason to believe that they will be reasonable and fair.

I always trade in there if me stuff doesnt sell, just traded in 2 more things 2day, b4 the promo ended. Not to mention there prices on gear is some of the lowest around.

I've done probably 6 trades with them this summer so far, and bought a ton of stuff with them. They're great to deal with, just be careful of buying anything below "Very Good" from them, as it can get pretty ugly. But "Very Good" and up, they're great. With the recent 30% bonus on trades, I've traded in a bunch of stuff sitting around, and bought Cally FT-IQ, Adams 9032LS, and Mizuno MX-700 drivers, some wedges, and an Itsy Bitsy Spider putter, all with nothing out of pocket.
