Change your grip. It's too strong.

Thanks iacas for the reply. Does a strong grip just mean I'm holding it too strong? So if I hold the club lighter, the club will be more open? I find it hard to not have the club face closed at the top of my swing with a one piece takeaway.

No. It has nothing to do with how tightly you're squeezing the club.

Ignoring the clubface pictures in this, just look at the grips. From left to right: strong, neutral (bordering on weak), incredibly weak:
