I got my first ever hole-in-one today on the third hole at Twin Bridges Golf Club in Gadsden, Alabama. 171 yards into a little bit of wind coming off of a lake. Hit a perfect little knock down 5 iron onto the front of the green and it rolled right in. Never left the flag. Best shot I hit all day (obviously) and my round went downhill pretty much after that.
First eagle as well.

It was kind of anti-climactic in the clubhouse. The only two people there were a couple of teenagers that work at the course and the bar was closed. Did save me some money though.

Nice shot. I would have just been happy with my first eagle as well. A birdie is hard enough to come by for me however I have had more birdies this year than all other years combined

      I love Rancho Park too!  I don't get out there much due to the 405 issues (Im in Santa Clarita) but I do try and get out there every now and then...last time out was in January where I eagled 17 (left green) with a holed 145 yard third shot ! Rancho is a great course! And at 24 bucks weekday with the city card, an absolute steal!

      I have played PGA West, at least one or two courses in there, but I am not sure if I've played any of the courses used to host the Hope. I played a course that I think both isn't PGA West and is host to the Hope a few years ago, possibly at a TST outing, but I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right one. I have played Rancho Park plenty of times (exactly half of my sub-80 rounds were there!) and Wilson/Harding.  Rancho Park might be my favorite golf course among those I've played more than a half dozen times.   Hopefully I'll get a chance to play TPC Scottsdale, maybe this August or September, and at some point I think there was a PGA Tour event in Las Vegas, I should get up there and play those course(s).
