Anyone know what thier policy is? I have a neighbor who thinks he's getting the run around.

I would say the policy from the product manufacturer is more important than GG policy.

their website states 30 days new and unused and in original packaging but I've actually returned a club I used before.

I told them right away that I used it for a couple rounds but visually, there was absolutely no marks on it whatsoever. I had the original receipt and I hadn't taken the sticker off the shaft so it looked absolutely brand new and he gave me a full refund. Whats the situation with your neighbor?

I should have been more detailed. He got suckered into thinking he was hitting a 7 iron (160 carry) and (5 yards) roll on thier swing machine. but he can barely reach a 149 yard par 3 (carry) at our golf course. I tried to tell him that he needed regular shafts, But they put him into a stiff set. he's hitting low bullets that leak to the right. These were a used set of Ping I15's

Those machines are always jacked up anyways, plus the refund policy on used clubs may be different...

My son just bought a used driver. They cut the shaft down and regripped it and told him he had 30 days to return it for a full refund if he did not like it.

they will give u a "full refund" in store credit...
