they LOOK like the NDMC's but the top half isn't even corded...

might as well be tour velvets with the bottom half painted white...so they're not even multi compound as they advertise them as.

yes these sharpros are corded on top.

You can tell because corded grips or multi compound grips will have white threading weaving in and out of the black grip part. The Avon's are both rubber on top and bottom.

Are you sure they arent, I really dont know.

If you guys would bother to read the descriptions of the items you will see that both are multi-compound.

Golfro is right that the Avon grips are not corded, however they have a firm rubber for the upper portion and a softer rubber on the bottom. The Sharpros are closer to the Golf Pride grips in that they are corded on the top. I'm not saying that they are as good as the Golf Pride's, I honestly have no clue... but at $49 for all 13 plus a free putter grip on the Sharpros it'd probably be worth it to find out. Also as a side note, RockBottomGolf.com has the PURE grips at the same price for 13 grips if you were just looking for new grips in that price rage.

Rockbottom has those Avon grips for $2.46 each and only $3.99 to ship them...so you could get the grips for only $35.97 if you do not need all of the other stuff.

Thanks, but this is gonna be my first time re-gripping my clubs. No sense not too, plus it would kinda be a fun project.

I am having pretty good luck with the Sharpros right now. They are not quite as good as the Golf Pride grips, but for the price difference I can change them more frequently and still come out on top. I recommend trying them.

I see sharpros has the patient for them, good looking out. Cant wait to change my irons, I hate the DD2, after 2 months with them they feel terrible.
