Shoulder turn issue

Just something thats been driving me crazy the last couple of weeks, in my takeaway about a second into it my right shoulder seems to pop up lifting the club, at first I thought it was an elbow problem but its not, its very odd its like when you shrug your shoulders, but in the golf swing, I will try and get a vid up, but has anyone ever heard of something like this?

could you be griping the club too tightly? muscle up your arm will trigger this with a tight grip up to your shoulder

That was my intial thought but no, it seems like my shoulder turn is too vertical pushing the right shoulder upwards, any tips on flatting shoulder plane

are you turning your hips or sliding your hips laterally back?

ah nevermind I got it, my one piece takeaway was too long pushing my right shoulder up, my right elbow is still not pointing at my hip though at the top, any drills for this?
