What to do about my driver?

Yeah i'm sure i have some swing faults but the problem happens when i swing easy
LIke i can bunt it out there with a baby fade by swinging like an old man but as soon as i swing easy and normal it starts taking off

So i hit an 09 burner same loft but with a prolaunch blue in it... its like night and day
Like absolute night and day a million times better than the stock shaft
