So, me and a few freinds are planning a trip to America next year. Not really with golf in mind. Just a few week break.

Were planning on renting a car and travelling around from Vegas - California and places inbetween.

So... any recommendations on courses to visit? We wont be able to take clubs with us so would it be possible to rent some?

Whats the average price for a round?

Thanks

Cost can be from around $50 to well over $200, depending on time of year and region. Vegas resort courses would mostly be on the higher end of the at estimate.

Most resort courses would have rental clubs available. Many even have a limited selection of demo clubs.

No idea about golf but I highly recommend seeing the Grand Canyon if you can fit it in.

Pelican Hill in Newport Beach is a must in my opinion... Moorpark Golf and CC is also one I would visit if I were you guys.. Excellent courses, that are not too expensive...

Grand Canyon, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite National park are some of the most beautiful places you'll see anywhere in the world.

Golf
The courses around St. George Utah are great and a real good value compared to California and Vegas.
