The ferry is pretty darn big - should be okay for seasickness under normal conditions.

hmmm. a night at the borgata and then a ferry trip over....nice touch. bring plenty of cash!!

Borgata/Waterclub has been quite cheap about comping rooms on weekends so we have been boycotting the place and going to Harrah's. Harrah's is better anyways, if you are a gambaholic at least you get free golf at ACCC. Will only gamble a couple hundred, don't want to lose a bunch and be in a sour mood during the trip.

Oh wow didn't know it was that big. I'm definitely up for it and suggested it to my friends so we will have to see.

Yikes, Eagles Landing is $95 for Saturday AM. Might have to take that out of the rotation.

Need to pick out two dinner locations. Suggestions?

OT: There are hardly any golfers at Bethpage. It's like a ghost town.

ACCC is a real fun course and even more fun when everything is comped. Went once with a friend's uncle who was a Seven Star at the Harrah's and everything was on the house.

The ferry is a no go, we are leaving NYC at 5:30AM, a stop at Fort Lee, NJ and then off to Bear Trap Dunes for our 1:00 tee time. Played golf for about 10 hours today to get warmed up for the weekend. Hope I did not overexert myself.

Bear Trap Dunes - 81.
Eagle's Landing - 89.
Bay Club East - 89.
Bayside Resort Club - 96.

Bear Trap Dunes greens were very receptive and was striking the ball well due to being able to practice the day before. Eagle's Landing layout was a bit more difficult and went into some bad spots. Was fairly tired and was drinking during the round at Bay Club East, so couldn't score all that well even though it was an easy course. Bayside had water at I think every hole combined with mental and physical fatigue from the trip blew my score up. Went to Old Mill for all you can eat crabs and just had chinese take out the second night. Didn't have a chance to eat at Dumser's. Overall a fun trip and would definitely head down there again. Thanks for the help guys.

    • But he won at -18 !!! Are you going to complain that it was too easy and boring to watch like you do for the PGA Tour?
    • He’s also the best anchoring putter there is!😏
    • And  he  has had alot  of  health issues as you expect  from someone still playing at  67
    • Good read (pun intended) as I have been using my feet more to feel the break and trusting these 65yr eyes less.  The only caveat to my case is that most rounds I wear a carbon graphite brace that runs the length of my left foot (replicates the toe "lift" sensation while walking by putting pressure on the rear of the left calf muscle and makes a great conversation piece to the guys I play with), and I tend to find the weight sensation somewhat muted on that foot when I wear it.  I do occasionally play without it and the left foot read gives a better transmission of info.  However not matter which way I'm playing that day (brace/no brace), pacing off the distance and coming back about 1/2 way and getting a foot read has really helped me determine the break, the startline and oveall pace.  Using my feet has definitely improved my confidence in terms of putting.
    • To still be winning tournaments at 67 is quite incredible. He must also be the youngest person to have shot his age or better by however many times he's done it. Amazing.
