Stay balanced and in control. A quick swing isn't a bad thing if you have everything under control (e.g. Nick Price - he did okay for a couple years) which you do not. I could say get your hands a bit more away from your body during the top 1/2, but it was kind of a blur.

Check out iacas' video about shoulder plane (he linked to it in the thread about my swing). Yours is very flat, which is a problem.

Also it looks to me like you're swinging too much with your arms and not enough with your body. You should feel like your arms turn because your shoulders do, not like your shoulders turn because your arms do.

Get over the ball a bit more and stand a bit further away. You are on your heals there. Look at Tiger, i think he still has the best set up in golf, just amazing. His knees are not as bent, but he's able to be in balance and be bend over more at the waiste.

The left shoulder is way to flat, get that dropping underneath more.
