Tension in swing

At the moment im really struggling with my game, struggling to get off the tee and seem to be hooking most things, I'm sure its to do with tension in the swing because it no longer feels smooth! any ideas folks?

I usually notice people slicing the ball when tense at the tee. Try taking some very aggressive practice swings then step up and take a deep breath to release all the tension.

its just the oppsite

if your grip pressure is to loose you will hook the ball/ it allows your hands to over rotate grip pressure to tight will cause a slice or fade/ not allowing the hands to release soon enough but thier are other factors to casting inside/out swing outside/in swing club face closed too flat of a swing video yourself and rip your swing apart
