I'll amend this post when I think of something new, but for now, I have one main request.

As many of you know, vBulletin would strip out content in quotes when you quoted a post. You'd see only the original content. Currently, the Huddler forum doesn't do this, so you can nest quotes really deeply. So here's the request:

Please do not nest quotes more than two levels (i.e. a quote inside of a quote, with your original response to follow). It can be a pain to delete quoted text, but it's not too bad and will avoid situations where we have quotes sixteen levels deep or something.

Thank you.

Hey, can I semi-hijack this with another "best practice" question? How detailed are we supposed to distinguish products in the new equipment section of the site? Eg, under wedges there is a CG15 Satin Chrome and a CG15 Black Pearl, but only a 588 DSG Chrome. If I have a 588 DSG GunMetal, should I create a separate item for it or just review the "closest" item that matches it to keep down the number of near duplicates?

I suppose that's a good question, and the best answer I can give you is "it depends on how lazy you feel." :-) I think you know what I mean by that...

    • No. If there was a place no closer to the hole that afforded some relief, you could have dropped there. If you were truly as far away from the hole as you could, in the "back" of the bunker, then… your options were basically to play it as it lies (lied? lay?) or take the penalty stroke and drop behind the bunker (keeping the point where the ball was between your drop and the hole).
    • Day 121 - Had a tournament today, not my best. I was hitting everything off the heel.
    • Day 4 (5 May 24) - mirror work focused on “feel of weight” transfer onto lead foot.  Continued work to develop trust in lead foot being able to handle full weight pressure…
    • Ok, so I’m still confused here. Are you saying I could have used the only available Spot in the bunker even though it was 6-7 feet closer to the hole?
    • Yes. If you choose to take the ball out of the bunker instead of taking maximum available relief… it costs a stroke.
