Just Got one of these for £110 which is about $170 i am so pleased with my purchase because the way it feels of the face is tremendous even if you dont catch it it usually goes a good distance. I even managed to get it with the Matrix Ozik Xcon 5 shaft in it. I hope it lives up to first impressions

I like it. forgiving but workable. the half degree suprisingly makes a difference getting the ball up and holding greens

I almost purchased one last year until I heard the 910's were coming out. I hit the 909 F2 15.5 and 13.5 at the range. They both had the stock Adila Voodoo shafts, which I actually like. It seems like most people aren't fans. A little too much spin, but w/e.

The feel of the club is amazing and at impact it is smooth and responsive. I had never hit a fairway wood that felt so nice. Writing about it makes me think I should just go get a 909F2 and save myself $100.

I used to play a 15.5* F2 for most of the year.  I rarely hit a decent shot with it (aside from one exceptional tee shot), but more often that not I was always impressed with the sound on impact

Maybe I need to look into one. I am still using my old Nike Ignite 3w.  It has been one of the better clubs I have had.  But I will be leaning toward Titleist this year from the clubs I have tested so far.

    • I appreciate that you have taken the time to come back and update. Based on what was previously discussed I feel like the points were; forged, feel good, price, and possibly players distance. If you like the "looks" of those Maxfli irons and if price is a major point, then going straight to the source, Maltby, might make sense. Specifically, the TS3 iron. I was looking into this myself and found some reviews: Fit2YouGolf, Lets Play Thru, and ELITE FIT GOLF. As per your update I found the Maxfli to be ~$1300 fitted the way I wanted. Where the TS3 with the same fitting and assembled by Golfworks was less than $750. I suppose the downside is to actually hit the iron you will need to get lucky and find someone in your golf circle who will let you hit theirs or order a 6 or 7 iron to test. However, the way I look at that is being equivalent to some fittings. If you like the results and buy, then the fitting is free, otherwise the price of the fitting is a sunk cost. If name brand is important, then I submit for your consideration - THE BEST OVERALL IRON of 2024...... FACT !! 😉 A bit tongue in cheek that but also, I feel some good points were discussed.
    • Day 150 1-10 focus on arching the wrist and getting the ball to go left. Recorded, hit foam balls.
    • Day 467 - 2026-01-10 Practiced at Pinehurst every day I was there, and before Junior Elite this morning I got fifteen minutes of backswing checks in the mirror in.
