..Thanks guys...just returned from the best practice session I have had for a long time..the linear sliding of the hips helped tremendously. Not only am I trapping it better, it stops my right knee from "chasing the ball"...I knew that the hips had to slide but never felt it had to feel "that extreme" to me...I will post a video of the new me once my rechargeable batteries are charged..better cocking and left arm tighter to the chest has helped too

    • Me too. I tend to drink no less than 64 oz in the winter time. In the summer at least twice that.  I'm prone to cramping and cramping sucks. So, I drink plenty of water. BTW - I've become increasingly prone to cramping as I've aged. Aging sucks also.    Huh?  I'd love to know where you got this information. Did you ask your dog?  I'm not sure if I like or dislike the taste of water. It's water. It's one of the things that makes life on Earth possible.
    • It doesn't, though, and cognitive decline begins pretty early when water/dehydration are concerned.
    • I trust the body to regulate the need itself. On hot days I don’t drink a whole lot during the day if I’m out, partly so I don’t have to go to the toilet all the time, but then I drink more when I get home. Milk and juice for breakfast, water for all other meals. A few glasses of wine in the weekends.
    • Doesn't seem to do much more than the course mapping stuff in ShotScope. Maybe even slightly less.
