I've been incorporating aspects of S&T; into my swing - steeper shoulders, hands more in, staying centered, basically the same stuff that tiger is working on. I'm having the most trouble with the steeper shoulders. I have to exaggerate the dipping of the left shoulder to get it steep enough. The problem is this dipping of the left shoulder feels awkward and not intuitive. Is this normal? Will i start to get use to it? Any drills or tips to make it more natural so i dont have to think about it at address? Thanks.

Another question on steep shoulders - do all pros have steep shoulders? i know this is a fundamental element of S&T; and all good swings share aspects of the S&T.; is it fair to say that all pros have steep shoulders and most amateurs shoulder turns are to flat?

You're asking if doing something different than you are doing now should feel different. Of course it should feel awkward, that's the whole point about making a change, you do something different. Tell someone to do something different and most will make little to no change, at least in the long run. We do what we've been doing before because it feels natural. New feelings is a big part of making a swing change, it is a confirmation that you are actually doing something different.

When it comes to working on your shoulder turn I'd recommend using a mirror. Place it behind you, up the target line. and make backswings while looking in the mirror. When you've found a good rotation, keep doing it over and over. Re-check every now and then that you aren't falling back to old habits.

Here is a good video that demonstrate how you should turn the shoulders:
