I found this shirt on e bay  works great it's called the Snap Posture shirt it's made for Chiropator & patients & golfers,

showed it to a few friends they seem to get the idea, can't wait for this dam snow to stop 8 more inches here in Minnesota today

You don't want the shoulders back in golf. If anything, they should be rounded.

i think the idea is to have a straighter back not rounded, i know what you mean about the shoulders, in the instructions i received it said make the shirt snap,  then as you ground the club the shirt will separate & that's ok, my shoulders do round, but my back is in a better posture for the swing.
