Day 11 - Today was 5i and 30-yard pitches. Inconsistency with the 5i was rough. -

Day 263: did mirror work while watching TV. Working on lower body stuff along with wrist conditions. -

Day 7 (9 Apr 25) - Vacant lots near the house, a 7i and a couple of golf balls - need I say more, well actually it was a fun time working the shot shape a little. Wrapped up the day with flighted pitch shots - Sw thru 8i - in the backyard. -

Day 191 - 2025-04-09 Got some swings in at the end of the day. Recorded them in CoachNow. I don't love the left knee stuff, but it's just a result of focusing on the backswing and downswing stuff.
