Hail and its effects

A storm just rolled through here depositing large amounts of golf ball to baseball sized hail. It hailed for a solid 20 minutes, but without producing any visible damage, other than knocking a bunch of leaves down (maybe from wind, too).

What does this do to a golf course, specifically greens? I'm going to be out tomorrow and will take some pictures if there's any major damage.

I think I should add that the greens had a day to sort of dry out prior to the hail today. It did rain a little prior to the hailing, so the greens weren't soaked. The "protocol" for handing it seems relatively simple. Here's some pictures of damage caused to another course with hail a little larger than golf ball sized. I can't tell if that's a small pond or standing water to the back and left of the flag.

Apparently nature doesn't live by the "leave the course in better shape than you found it" rule.

i hope to never see something like this.... then again, 3 out of 5 of these pictures are from the state of kansas.
